Tithing Declaration Appointments Signup:

Beginning on Sunday 9/21 and continuing until everyone that would like to has had an opportunity to meet with Bishop Allen. 

Click the link below, choose an appointment time, and then arrive at Bishop Allen's office at the 40th Street Building 10 minutes before your appointment.

Please enter the Stake Office through the single glass door left of the main entrance on the east side of the building. Please arrive on time not early.
